This luxurious "ready to enjoy" flat can welcome 1 to 14 persons , 1st class rank with lift, in a nice building, right in the middle of the city center.
Prices :
- By week: from 390 euros to 990 euros all taxes included.
- By weekend or short stay: from 120 euros/ night for the entire flat.
- The price may vary according to number of persons, lenght of the stay and during high season period.
For any booking, 30% of the price shall be payed in euros by bank transfer, by Paypal with your credit card (Mastercard or Visa) fees at your charge (3,6% on account only)
You will receive a confirmation by email.
A 300 euros deposit will be asked in cash only at your arrival.
For any cancellation, the deposit is not given back.
Other services:
- Child bed, bathtub, changing mat and baby chair: 10 €
- Set of fitted sheets, sheets for duvet, pillow case: 15 € per double bed, 8 € per single bed.
- Set of towels, face flannel, bath rug, tea towel: 8 € per person
- Cleaning service: 60 €
- Pets fees: 30 €
- Late check in after 9 pm cost 20 €
- Shopping supermarket with your own shopping list: 15 €
